Merzon Travel 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Merzon Travel is committed to providing high-quality travel products crafted with durability and performance in mind. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions for the original owner of the item. If your Merzon Travel product proves defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, free of charge.
Examples of covered issues include:
Manufacturing defects: Such as handles that are ripped or torn and are no longer usable, zippers that can no longer be opened or closed properly, or fabric tears due to defects that render the product non-functional.
However, please note that this warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic Damage: This includes pilling, catches in the fabric, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, or other non-functional changes in appearance that occur during normal handling and use, and which do not impair the functionality of the product.
Damage caused by: Misuse, accidents, improper care and cleaning methods, negligence, or during transit (e.g., by an airline). If damage occurs during transit, the user must file a claim with the transit company at the time of damage.
Changes in fabric: Such as the softening of leather or catches in neoprene, which are inherent in the normal use of the products.
Chipping of metal or painted elements in or on the products.
Replacement of non-defective pieces: For example, if a product contains multiple components and only one is defective, only the defective component will be replaced.
Products sold by unauthorized resellers: This includes products sold at “mid-summer sale,” “sample sale,” “warehouse sale,” or similar events indicating the products are not of “first quality” or have been previously purchased or used by another consumer.
Lost or stolen products or components.
